Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping time time

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery (Processing time does not include shipping). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*For Pickup and Local Delivery requests, the customer will be contacted to determine pickup/delivery date and time.

All orders with a subtotal of $75 and over are eligible to receive free Delivery/Shipping.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it has left the warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they will be the most adept at locating your package.

Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address when you are placing an order.

For security reasons, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it in any way. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping fees again.

Please don’t forget to double check your orders.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Chelle’s Creations ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Chelle’s Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Chelle’s Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We will only accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email returns@chellescreationssa.com within 60 days of the order date. Please include your order number and reason for requesting a refund/exchange. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
