How do I place a custom order?

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes! If you plan on purchasing 5 or more of the same product, contact us at orders@chellescreationssa.com and we will invoice you with the bulk discount.
What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept most debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AmEx. We also accept payment through Afterpay, Affirm, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay.

Do you do screenprinting?

No. We use sublimation, heat transfer vinyl and adhesive vinyl to create our products.

What is your turn around time (TAT)?

All products are made-to-order unless otherwise noted. On average, my turn around time for a single product is 1-2 weeks, depending on if I have a blank in-house or need to order one. Certain blank styles, like the bleached shirts, will take an additional week or two to recieve. For larger bulk orders, turn around time can increase to 2-3 weeks depending on my current projects.
Do you allow returns/exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

Onesie Sizes?

Baby onesies/bodysuits are available in 0-24 months sizes. For most, sizes are separated into 0-3. 3-6, 6-9. 9-12, 12-18, and 18-24. On all my listings you will only see these options. However, the flutter lace sleeve onesies combine the first 4 sizes into 0-6 and 6-12. Additionally, for some of the short sleeve onesies, their larger sizes only come in 12, 18 & 24. In these instances, you will be given onesies in the larger range of the option you selected (see below). 9-12 months = 12 months 12-18 months = 18 months 18-24 months = 24 months.
